Hello I am a married mother of four adult children. We love good food and adventure. I have learned to adapt my favorite recipes to be Vegan and/or gluten free. I travel every chance I get,sometimes as a family, a couple, and often as an almost solo traveler. Almost solo is when my husband travels for business and I am lucky enough to join him.It allows and encourages me to explore, shop,eat out, and enjoy new places on my own. In the evening or extra days stay we enjoy the area together. I already know the best places to eat.
